Especially liked Dr. Bureau and also Anne, who helped me with the glasses selection! This place is amazing. My 3 kids and I all had appointments today starting at 9am but all came in at the same time, so we could have overwhelmed quick. The ones that checked us in were so nice, friendly and helpful and had a very efficient assembly line type to do our paperwork and we were checked in quickly. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, professional and made what could have been a hectic day fun and not stressful at all. The payments were exactly what I was thinking with our insurance so no surprises there and all of us were able to get new glasses for our new prescriptions without going over budget. They were very patient with all of us when picking out glasses and everything really. We left around 11am so getting all 4 of us taken care of in around 2 hours was amazing also. I was expecting it to be much longer since there was so many of us together but they did great and will always be coming back to them. Thank you all for your help today!

This office was incredibly helpful! I walked in to see if I could get my broken nose pads fixed, to find out the nose pads I needed were off the market. Instead of sending me away, within 5 minutes they had found nose pads in the office to switch onto mine.
